1.堅持不下去的時候，在自己發呆的時候，想想為什麼坐在這裡，永遠要相信自己是最棒的，我可以做到的。

2.每個人都是一個矛盾體，就像做選擇題，我們明明想選c，但是在試卷上答了d。理想與現實的矛盾充斥了我們的一生。
