1.淺水是喧譁的，深水是沉默的。

2.每個人都有自卑情結，是因為我們想要改變自己的處境，但我們要選擇有效的方式去改變，而不是自我欺騙。

3.鏡頭的意義是記錄，是提醒，是為了讓那些被人們忽視的東西被人們看見奮鬥，我的記錄不是為了凸顯他們的苦，苦是沒有下限的，因為鏡頭永遠走不進萬丈深淵，我只是想讓大家看到，感受到努力的意義，也想讓這些努力的朋友們感受到被理解的溫暖。
